Viewing trip - free
Imperial Developments have just released a promotional free viewing trips to Sofia, Bansko or Sunny Beach. Each trip consists of return flights, two nights accommodation and all transfers, free of charge if the client buys directly from us.
Imperial Developments endeavour to ensure that viewing trips are focused around the client. Indeed, we purposely try to move away from the monotonous viewing trip currently on offer by most agents.
Please find the basic steps for organising a viewing trip below.
1. Research our website and decide which area of Bulgaria you are interested in.
2. Assistance for booking the flights, the price of which refunded if the client purchase property with us
3. The client informs us of their available dates.
4. We arrange two nights free accommodation (usually in our own complexes)>
5. We pick the clients up from the airport and transfer them to their accommodation.
6. The client is taken on a viewing trip, which encompasses showing wide range of attractive developments in the region that the client wishes to see.
7. The client is transferred back to the airport.
Of course, our main advantage is that we will provide you with full guidance, not only around our developments, but assisting in getting to know the country itself. Furthermore, we will compliment you with couple of free meals and traditional souvenirs. Our goal is the smile on your face to follow all the way throughout your visit.
However, the client is under no obligation to stay in our hotels or to feel 'trapped' into remaining with our Bulgarian representatives whilst they are on their viewing trip.
Basically, we put the client where they should be, in control.
Flights to Varna on this scheme only operate on Monday, Wednesday and Friday throughout the Winter.

Flights There are scheduled flights from Ireland every week on Thursday and Sunday and every day from the UK. Charter flights also fly to local airports during both the ski and summer seasons.
