The experience of visiting Bulgaria for the first time was quite daunting for me and my wife. We were much relieved by the support and guidance we received and the amount of information and reassurance we gained during our relatively short visit. We are about to sign contracts and submit the first down payment on our apartment(s). Although we still feel rather nervous about this, we do believe we are dealing with the right Company, employing the right type of people, to make our investment a success.

We have safely returned from Sunny Beach and Nick and I would like to pass on our thanks to Bobby for getting us down and back to Varna without any delays.
Also, thanks for being so helpful with us on Saturday and I appreciated seeing your developments at various stages of completion. You will probably know by now that I am definitely going ahead with my purchase at Family Villas - I found the location to be a good compromise between being close to the beach and getting a real vacation nearby the National park). The most important thing for me is the sea view and since you has assured me I will definitely have a good sea view from my villa (sorry for asking so many times!) I am feeling very good about my investment in Bulgaria.
I look forward to the coming 12months and watching the site develop. For what it's worth, there is a forum on the internet for people investing in Sunny Beach and I have now posted details of my trip on there including positive comments about Imperial Developments. We will certainly return to Sunny Beach in June or July next year to experience the resort in its busier summer time but we hope to get there again in October and this time actually get up into the mountains, play golf and visit some tourist attractions.
